Louise is our sustainability expert. She is a Fellow of iema and former Head of Sustainability at innocent drinks in London.
Mike is the startup and scaleup specialist. He is the cofounder of Peppersmith, the good-for-you confectionery company and author of The Direct To Consumer Playbook.
